It's probably the same as me having to deal with our enterprise systems for documents and requirements. They are a major pain in the a.. and just add more burden instead of making my work easier. I hate them every second I have to use them and avoid as much as I can.

I bet most medical record systems are built for administrators (who make the purchasing decisions) and not for doctors.
