The brain and "mind" is insanely complex. There is so much we still don't understand, so of course there is so much we cannot replicate. But is it possible? If there is an incredible breakthrough in understanding, then yes of course. Personally I see little value in people saying it can or can't be done (of course it can!), it's just a matter of if and when. We shall see...
