If she were still teaching I’d have put in more effort, but alas she retired when my daughter was born.

Tangential question, but how did she get pregnant at retirement age?

    LOL she was 36. When I say retired I mean "quit with no intention of going back to work". :)

    But more specifically, science! We used IVF.

    Retirement age is whatever age you want. Probably not under 23-25, though.
