This is paranoid and delusional. I'm an anarchist opposed to using state violence to prevent anyone from speaking. The fact that I do not believe in the fetishistic conception of "the marketplace of ideas" does not mean that I want Scott Alexander beheaded. Indeed, the fact that he's closing his blog is proof enough that you don't need state power in order to push these kinds of backwards people out of mainstream discourse.
