Have you tried to log into your control panel and delete your droplets? This doesn't sound like a DigitalOcean problem on its face.

that's exactly the problem is i cant login, and account recovery efforts have gone in circles

  • Fix the log in issue and delete your servers.

What would you expect Amazon Web Services to say if you were unable to log in on your AWS account and remove your EC2 instances?

    • what do you think?? id expect them to assist me regaining access to my account! when i contact support unable to login to a service, they might send me a password reset email, call me, ask for some verifying information, etc. digital ocean just said theyre not really sure what to do! cf Kafka

edit: do u work for DO? its like im still trapped in the nightmare. obviously i have opened tickets. gee whiz. i know its hard to understand being locked out of an account you own because most companies have support. GOTO: 1
