I stumbled on to the Wiki ELF page doing research on Tesla's Wardenclyffe Tower! The stimulation of resonance in the ionosphere would cause it to "ring like a bell" and roll around the perimeter of the earth on that level many (tens of?) times, according to the article on Schumann Resonance. I wonder then how one harnesses this energy. I saw an image from a theorized way to harness it that looked like lots of little Wardenclyffe towers acting like water pumps to extract the energy (potential difference?) from the earth. Maybe you have some insight into how this could theoretically work? It seems like we have strong enough tech to make it happen today. I had a dream where a Wardenclyffe-like tower could have elbows so it could be oriented in a variety of postures, perhaps that would help in this endeavor.
