i(lluminati) phone.

How did we get to place (speaking of America where there is a bill of rights) where it is normal to have a multimodal tracker on or near your person at all times?

George Orwell's telescreen at least could not fit in your pocket and Orwell never imagined things like GPS or facebook or digital phones.

We are the slow boiled frog as the most expansive totilitarian infrastructure in history is built up.

Because we're not living in 1984's dystopia where the government oppresses us, we're living in Brave New World's dystopia where we choose to oppress ourselves.

Phones are not mandatory, if you care about privacy throw your phone in the bin (better, someone else's bin).
