Attempted murder, I only wished that sites were brave enough to keep them up and work with law enforcement rather than take them down out of fear of legal risk

Please look into section 230, one of the most important pieces of legislation for the internet in regards to hosting content from other users.
A website isn't liable for what its users post. Also, a website isn't liable for what its users do.
What? Of who, when and how?
