A clearly very angry man with a default judgment against a single anonymous someone on the internet threatening to have him involuntarily committed for life in retaliation for what exactly? A family photo posted online of someone counts as child abuse? Note that the author of your link didn't link to the thread. So "on record" is a bit of a stretch to say the least.

I've got to admit, it is a bit unsavory if it is true, and I think the author is probably not making it up, but it's not quite as scary as it's being made out to be IMO, and I've still seen no actual proof of the accusation, whether I believe it or not is irrelevant.
