I don't have a good enough memory for the "wait" style of conversations. I'd need to take notes.

"We know X=1, so we should do Y which involves connecting A to C and removing B, so D, E & F need feature Z to be implemented in the next T months."

* Actually, X=2 so the logic as presented is questionable at best

* (but people don't like all their ideas to be dismissed with a single point, so we continue...)

* We can't remove B, it's required by M & N

* E doesn't need feature Z

* Feature Z depends on feature Q which won't be done in T months

The interrupt version is better:

"We know X=1..."

* Do we? I think X=2

"Is it? Why do you say that?"
