D solved this particular problem by defining arithmetic as being 2-s complement, including wraparound behavior.

D solved this particular problem by defining arithmetic as being 2-s complement, including wraparound behavior.
`-fno-strict-overflow` give you that behaviour in GCC and clang, too.
