Project idea: Take something that looks like a mindflayer (d&d art with tentacles around it's mouth) and use it for live coding.
Instead of displaying a mouse and cursor have the tentacles reach out and manipulate the code from behind a semi-transparent pane of glass that the code is displayed on.
This is when I repeat my silly joke that I'd rather see Skeletor doing live coding than another anime girl with pitched upvoice.
