10C: sandals, pants, two light layers.

15C: sandals, shorts if sunny, one long sleeved top.

20C: sandals, shorts, shirt. Hoodie if windy.

25C: sandals, shorts, shirt optional.

Etc.

How is F more convenient in any way?
