Nice article. This is basically in the article when they talk about email responses back and forth, but not explicitly called out: if you are fast, people that interact with you get faster, too. Toyota figured this out with kanban (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanban) and revolutionized process thinking. So, if you are thinking about how to get your team to work faster, focus on what is making slow team members go slowly.
