The desktop switching animation is the reason why I don't use Spaces at all. I just can't force myself to "be along for the ride" every time I switch, which I might want to do very often.

The desktop switching animation is the reason why I don't use Spaces at all. I just can't force myself to "be along for the ride" every time I switch, which I might want to do very often.
There's one situation where it's specially terrible: screen sharing. When I'm on a Zoom call, and somebody is sharing their screen, and begins switching spaces... I get dizzy (and the streaming compression goes crazy).
