Anyone have a sense of how much this has contributed to the past year's layoffs?
The only factor I usually hear about is raised interest rates.

The only factor I usually hear about is raised interest rates.
I was wondering the same thing. Granted if interest rates were low they could just take on more debt or almost no cost, but with hight interest rates it makes our industry even more rate sensitive.
