I think it's quantized inertia that finally gives a theory to explain how to get around the need to carry reaction mass.

I'm patiently waiting for Barry-1 to push itself up into a higher orbit in that manner.

What does PHP have to do with it? CelesTrak is an organization that distributes satellite tracking data .
You can use their data to watch for all sorts of things in orbit, like the International Space Station[1], weather satellites, etc.
