Jack Dorsey does not have a stake in BlueSky. He has an advisory board seat, but deleted his account. He’s invested in nostr, not BlueSky.

But he did set the mission and goals for bluesky, thus determining it's long-term direction. Personally, I think it's the wrong direction in terms of what's best for society. Source - I was one of the first members in the private bluesky group he and Parag set up.
I don't know what mission he set up, but I am no fan of Jack, yet do like what the current team is doing.
The team is great. They do have to work within the mission though.
