I'm not sure it will ever mature, since it was dropped by Mozilla it seems like there are only a few people working on it in their spare time, though I could be mistaken.
Ladybird seems to be gaining momentum, so I'd guess it will be generally usable sooner than Servo.
Much earlier. I like Rust too, but unless some organization backs Servo or it somehow gets back on its feet with volunteer contributors, surely an active project is more promising. And now that Ladybird has split from Serenity, it can potentially transition to other languages.
