How's that "please keep this between us" request working out for them?

Also I think this is a good reminder that using sequential IDs for anything public facing is almost always a bad idea (or at the very least something you should think very hard about). It would be pretty easy to make ticket ID, for example, a sequential 5 digit number followed by 4 random alphanumeric characters. Everyone could still easily refer to the ticket number, but it wouldn't be guessable.
