you just need to set the two metadata positions to specific values, the rest are all valid

xxxxxxxx-xxxx-Mxxx-Nxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

M = 4

N = 8,9,a,b

x = 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,a,b,c,d,e,f
