Im not sure I follow - can you show me another rocket currently in development that is as close as SpaceX offerings in terms of payload/price performance as new glenn?

I don't think that that's true. SpaceX barely use Falcon Heavy (I count under 10 missions in total[0]), and I think it's because there are so many payloads that fit into a regular Falcon 9 that it's not worth trying to queue up enough payloads to fit.
And if there are new, special payloads that only fit in a New Glenn, then it's not obvious they would disrupt the existing SpaceX operations, as opposed to just being additional flights.
