The process by which employees from private companys are embeded in government agencies has been in existance and regularly exployted for a long time now, so its just politics ,of WHO gets to do this, but no quibling about changing the process loop holes.

Naming the actual engineers is not cool. Whatever you think of the big-picture situation here - that's both highly divisive, and not of their making.
Those engineers have chosen where their loyalty is. It may not be of their making, but they are eagerly supporting it.
