Yeah, but unfortunately 'systems programming language' is a bit vaguely defined. I'd call any language which can deliver a binary executable and which offers some degree of lower-level control (like getting the disassembly of a procedure or deliberately being able to stack-allocate things) systems languages, but others may have different ideas.
