interesting to see it's a "team effort" and not a rat race between individuals like in many other tech companies

At first this sounds horrible, but it’s focused solely on issues related to regulatory compliance. For a financial institution that’s actually quite sensible.

  • Yeah, I read that title and thought Yuck, wouldn't wanna work there .. But compliance makes or breaks these companies so in that sense its justified

  • Same. Headline gives a bit of a shock at first, but reading into it it kind of sounds brilliant.

    Everyone works together to keep compliance up, and everyone wins. An independent contributor can't go rogue without tanking the team's metrics.
