I'm working on a side project now and I'm using Nominatum at the moment. Normalization of addresses is the real pain point for Nominatum. Sometimes something as simple as "Avenue" vs "Ave" can be the difference between finding a matching location and not finding a match.

Any comparisons that includes address normalization (in addition to price, usability of the API, etc.) would be a great help.

Anyone know of a robust comparison of these services?
