I recently figured out a good way to handle having more subscriptions than I feel like reading in Newsblur.

I have one group (“0-front”) for feeds that I usually read immediately (such as favorite comics) and many more groups of feeds that seemed interesting at the time. I will catch up with the first group, but only read the rest when I feel like it.
