Design, performance, analysis and biological interpretation of diverse bioassays, specialising in omics technologies. Systems analysis of multi-modal data and incorporating (molecular) biology data into AI models and platforms.

I'm a seasoned molecular biologist with a doctorate from molecular medicine and over 12 years of professional experience in academic and industry settings, publications in top tier journals (Nature, Nat. Immunol, etc.) and patents. I specialise in research of chemotherapeutics and antivirals, and the pursuit or conceptualisation of their mechanisms and broader disease-limiting strategies. On technical side, my strong points include design (choice of a model, controls, assay parameters, etc.), analysis and interpretation of bioassays and omics, such as LC-MS/MS based proteomics and metabolomics of different flavours.
