I am a product-minded full-stack engineer having 13 years of experience in building teams and shipping products. I’ve contributed in both individual contributor roles (senior/lead) and leadership positions (people and stakeholder management). Most recently, I led the team behind our core event-driven RealEstate Lead Management & distribution systems, directly generating ~€3.5M ARR within the German market. While currently on a sabbatical, I’m actively involved in launching the MVP of a new product for a early stage company.
