Hello Mr Roberts, I appreciate you for doing this.

I am currently on OPT working in the US, and I got selected this year for my H1B visa for Consular Notify. I have to get a visa stamp from a consulate abroad after October 1st for the H1B to be valid. I am applying for the YC batch this fall, would I be eligible to attend the YC batch in time? And would I need to do a h1-b transfer for this process from my company to YC? And if I can't make the YC batch in time(my other co-founders would be joining the batch without me), what would be the best option for me?
