It's good that you are quantifying what is good enough. I wish that job posting specified that[1]. This will allow candidates to know upfront if they need to apply or not. It goes without saying that this will help only a potential candidate not the employer who still has to deal with several applications.

[1]=The FAANG recruiters do specify it: each medium leetcode problem has to be solved in 15 min, but that's an absurdly high bar which most jobs do not require it.)
