I'm working on an idea (BitGrid, a bit level systolic array) referenced here many times, that, if it works, could cut 95% off the power and silicon costs of LLM compute. (Think $1 Trillion data centers)

It can't possibly work, according to most of the folks here on HN. I've looked reasonably closely at everything that's been tried before, and couldn't find anything close enough, most of the things tried have RAM, or a CPU... both of which spell doom.
