SSE4.1 can legally buy lightly alcoholic beverages in various European countries already. Next year, it can buy strong spirits.
Using AMD hardware that's "only" 13 years old can also cause this problem, though.
Yeah I was kind of shocked too. Core 2 could do both of those instruction sets. A used Dell Precision can be had for very little and probably would be grossly more efficient than whatever they're using.
