This fits the Nordic society and political style. If police can stop pedestrians (not vehiclists) just for having red eyes and then draw their blood to fine them for THC use, that’s already a direct violation of personal freedom and bodily autonomy. Once that’s normalized, extending similar logic to monitoring communications is hardly surprising, it treats both your body and your mind as open to state inspection.
