AI changes the job to be a constant struggle with hard problems. That isn't necessarily a good thing. If you're actually senior by virtue of time rather than skill, you can only take on a limited number of challenging things one after another before you get exhausted.

The issue of senior-juniors has always been a problem; AI simply means they're losing their hiding spots.
