My answer is “do your own research.”
Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last few decades, you would know that British Pakistani rape gangs have been shielded from prosecution.
This only changed recently.
FYI, the first documented such case is from 1973. Over 50 years of systematic abuse can only be hidden by a complicit establishment.
You claimed that politicians are covering up child sex trafficking. Big claims require big evidence. If this were true, it would be the biggest scandal in British political history and everyone would know about it. Instead, you talk of the Rotherham scandal, which is not “politicians covering up/shielding from prosecution.”
The fact you’re telling me “do your own research,” tells me you’re lying through your teeth because you can’t just show me the front page of a mainstream newspaper. The only person to even try showed evidence to the contrary: multiple parliamentary inquiries and debates.
One last time: where is your evidence for the extraordinary claim that British politicians (Labour, Conservative or Lib Dem) have been covering up a sex child abuse scandal?
Do your own research.
I never liked that phrase. It's often used by crooks or people who believe putting onions under their pillow at night cures $ailment.
Also, one comment is often read by hundreds of people, so if you've already done the research and provide it to the community, countless hours are saved and duplicate work doesn't need to be performed.
