Nice project! If you don't like "timelinize" - have you looked at latin names? Perhaps something like Temperi?
In terms of Features, i'd like to see support for FindPenguins. A lot of interesting data (photos, videos, GPS coordinates, text) is already there.
A few latin names have been suggested, but nothing has stuck. The problem is they are usually difficult to spell and pronounce, which isn't really an improvement over the current situation :)
FindPenguins is cool! I don't use it myself, but anyone is welcome to implement a data source for it.
