The war resulted in a lot of suffering by the palestinian civilians, but its the war that Palestinian government has started. People suffer in wars, thats why you should avoid them. Hamas + palestinian militants started the war on October 7 by slaughtering, raping, mutilating hundreds of dance festival goers and kibbutzniks.

That suffering was not stated goal of the IDF military response, freeing hostages and demilitarizing Hamas was.

Now that all living hostages have returned home, it looks like suffering of Palestinian civilians is inflicted directly by Hamas.

I hope the world is able to see demilitarization of Hamas through, although i have doubts
