Not exactly afaik, but I've recently been going to System Settings > Accessibility > Display, and turning on:

    Increase contrast
    Reduce transparency
    Differentiate without color
    Show toolbar button shapes

I like the retro and simple vibe compared to the new Liquid Glass controls.
