I was experiencing same, since last six or seven years. Last year I wanted to give cycling a try.

To balance CPU cycles that run in my head which processes information out of monitor in the physical world.

Theory is that, our field is an imaginative field and path we take to reach finishing a task does not remember the path we took.

This inturn affects next steps as the judgement or self judgement get weakened.

Attacking this challenge from its fundamental is to mimic the work outside computer.

Example writing, reading codebase after printing out in paper.

This builds a strong memory of size of space of imaginary work in physical space.

While paper printing solve reader writer challenge.

Then how to solve infinite running OS program running on CPU cycles?

Hence bicycle.
