I have this uhh I think it is a joke... Where I immediately implement feedback regardless just to encourage getting more of it. This is a great way to step on all toes and get negative feedback on the new approach. Basically the same as telling you I think your idea sucks but with less speculation and they don't even hate me. They think I'm joking, not even sure myself. Trust the process!

it usually takes very little time. Much less than serious consideration.
