He’s simply asking you to unsarcastically state what your position and movement actually are, instead of hiding behind ironic edgelording, performative grievance theatrics, and a Heisenbergian fog in which, by design, measuring one makes the other conveniently unknowable -- and everything remains safely entangled.
You don't need to ask him to explain how he observed you, you're the only one who knows what you really mean.
