RecruitiFi is a vendor management platform connecting companies with 20,000+ recruiting agencies globally. Two-sided marketplace, complex workflow automation, integrations with major ATS/HRIS platforms.

Small team. You'll own features from schema to UI.

Stack: Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis. Hiring process: Intro call -> technical interviews (no leetcode) -> founder chat. We respond to everyone.

Looking for: 4+ years building production web apps (or equivalent demonstrated ability), strong Rails or comparable backend framework, modern React, solid SQL.

Fully remote for 7 years, not a pandemic pivot. On-call rotation exists but pages are rare. Twice-yearly team retreats.
