Note the context of my claim: I used the word "harmful" in the context of the argument that LLMs are harmful because they consume resources (i. e. increase entropy). This applies to everything humans do.
I did not intend to make a moral argument.
If that is what you mean by "harmful", then the Sun is so much more "harmful" that ~5 seconds of its output dwarfs humanity for all of history.
