I have not been shown "contrary evidence". And I have repeatedly been accused of "lying" for making statements that are clearly evidenced by video that I have personally watched and analyzed.

If you think he was filming from the sidewalk, how did it happen that a woman filming from the sidewalk captured the event by pointing the camera towards the road? What is the line next to his feet at :22 in that video, and how can it be that a car swerves to the right to avoid him at :27?
