I'm almost surprised they didn't end model 3 production too. Benefit would be much smaller since 3 and y are already so similar.

I'm almost surprised they didn't end model 3 production too. Benefit would be much smaller since 3 and y are already so similar.
By the same logic it costs less to keep the 3 in production.
