Because the bad title is the point, the author has made it his life’s purpose to troll the Elon sycophants on X. For that reason there’s no reason to take him any more seriously than you would take those guys as he’s just their mirror image. I’m enough of an Elon skeptic to suspect the Austin robotaxis don’t have a real path to operating autonomously for several reasons, doesn’t mean I have to listen to Fred Lambert. He’s peddling clickbait/ragebait and I don’t understand how it’s taken as anything more.
