TLDR- lower your cholesterol for 6+ weeks when you eat 300g of oatmeal per-day @ 2 days in-a-row.

its more effective than daily oatmeal consumption (80g per day)

Oats only! (with some fruit and veg garnish ok)

ymmv- Tested on people with high cholesterol only
