What a garbage short and shallow take. They are all like that. And it even started with news networks (90s CNN in particular). BlueSky, reddit, Tik Tok, and even YouTube, they all have horrible userbases and algorithmic tendencies towards doomscrolling. Lots of bot accounts for the past 10 years. And now hyper-powered by AI content.

You can tune some of them by heavily curating what you follow and blocking a lot. But it's an uphill battle.

The only winning move is not to play. How about a nice game of chess?
