I was personally thinking of an autonomous separate gpt, such that the llm diagnosis occurs separately from the physician diagnosis. Thus after both diagnosis have been separately and independently achieved, we can see both results.
What do you mean "allow"? From a public policy perspective there's nothing prohibiting that today, as long as the human MD follows the HIPAA privacy rule.

I think that's incorrect. Medical technology needs to be approved by the FDA. I don't think any llm is fda approved right now.
